Dragonfly provides options to create graphs of regions of interest, which can provide a ready-made framework for performing a wide range of pore network simulations to better understand how porous materials behave and how to improve them, get the skeleton of an ROI as a graph, as well as extract graphs of the three-phase boundary shared between selected regions of interest and to compute pore throat thickness. In addition, the graphing option for multi-ROIs provides an opportunity to investigate the inter-relationship between connected components.
